At Man Sheets, we stand behind the quality of our cologne-scented detergent and dryer sheets. Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was lost in transit (verified by the carrier)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Dissatisfaction due to scent preference

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product use

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery

Because fragrance preference is subjective, refunds will not be issued based solely on scent preference.

Full vs. Partial Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Full Refund – for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items

  • Partial Refund – at our discretion if the product is partially usable

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy. Accounts suspected of refund abuse or fraudulent claims may be restricted from future purchases.
